My friends and I stayed at the Augustine for 3 nights during the Open Golf tournament in Sandwich. The apartment's location in a charming city was ideal. Pre-arrival communication was excellent, and the online manual was informative. The apartment was clean, well-presented, and the quiet location made for a peaceful stay. The walk to the city centre was manageable, and the provided tea, coffee, and biscuits were a nice touch.
Would recommend this hotel.

i think it's a good choice for a wedding ceremony. location is perfect and nice, near a historic gothic-style cathedral, maybe 25 mins walk. besides, it's short walk to canterbury, and a lovely quiet area.

The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a real home away from home. The location was convenient, just a short drive to the city center and supermarkets nearby. The detailed instructions provided beforehand made finding the property stress-free. We've stayed in many places for our annual December shopping trip, and this was the best yet. The customer service was exceptional, with Rachel being particularly helpful and attentive. Thank you!
The visitor information book could have included details on how to handle rubbish and recycling. The hot water switch was not labeled, resulting in no hot water one morning.
